This product contains 2 medications: netupitant and palonosetron. It is used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by cancer drug treatment (chemotherapy). Netupitant and palonosetron work by blocking natural substances in the body (such as substance P/neurokinin 1, serotonin) that cause vomiting.

How to Use This Medication

Read the Patient Information Leaflet if available from your pharmacist before you start taking netupitant/palonosetron and each time you get a refill. If you have any questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Take this medication by mouth with or without food as directed by your doctor, usually 1 hour before the start of chemotherapy.

Tell your doctor if you vomit or feel nauseated.
