Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 6 cups ice

  • 1/4 cup agave nectar

  • 6 frozen strawberries

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 3/4 cup white rum

  • 1/4 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated soda

A refreshing and flavorful cocktail—agave nectar, lemon-lime soda, and strawberries all mingle with crushed ice.

Directions

  • Let frozen strawberries thaw a bit; you want them to be really cold and a little soft, not hard.
  • In a blender blend ice, agave nectar, and strawberries. Blend until ice is crushed and strawberries puréed.
  • Next add lime and lemon juice, white rum, and soda. Blend again until the ice is smooth with no chunks.
  • Divide into eight glasses.
