Ingredients

  • 1 cup cilantro, packed

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 tsp red or white wine vinegar

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1 pinch kosher salt

  • 1 pinch pepper

Dress up a cheap cut of steak with this tangy sauce.

Directions

  • Combine cilantro, garlic, vinegar, oregano, cumin, and red pepper flakes in a food processor. Pulse until fine.
  • Turn food processor on and stream in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
