Italian Porketta

Ingredients

  • 2-4 lbs boneless pork loin roast

  • 3 Tbs dill seed

  • 1 Tbs fennel seed

  • 1/2 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp lemon pepper

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

This seasoned pork roast boasts seasoning of fennel and oregano that can be traced back to Italian porchetta, or roast pig

Directions

  • Heat oven to 350° F. Combine seasonings together and coat roast with mixture. Roast in a shallow pan for 45 minutes-1 hour (about 20 minutes per pound), until internal temperature reads 150-155° F. Let roast rest 5-10 minutes before slicing to serve.
