RECALL - LICATA Thera One Muilti Vitamin

Licata is voluntarily recalling the following items due to a conflict in statement on labels:

Clark's Label - Thera One Multi Vitamin - 60ct - 726899680641 - ALL LOT #'s

Clark's Label - Thera One Multi Vitamin - 180ct - 726899680849 - ALL LOT #'s

Notice from Licata:

During our inspection Ms. Lichter informed us that our product label referenced above contained a conflicting statement with regards to fish allergens. In the interest in consumer safety, we are conducting a voluntary recall of all product of all labels to replace them with correctly labeled merchandise. Even though we have not received back verification if the fish oil is highly refined, our assumption is that it is not.

It should be noted that throughout the many years we have sold this product, we have never received any complaint or comment regarding the fish oil or any allergic reaction to the product.

If you believe you have purchased any of the mislabeled products listed above, please bring them in to Clark's for an exchange.
