In a recent public safety alert, the FDA announced that it found undeclared drugs in Zi Xiu Tang Bee Pollen. The FDA has also found undeclared drugs in several other weight loss brands containing bee pollen. In addition, there have been over 50 reports of adverse events associated with these type of products. The FDA did not say that all bee pollen is dangerous. However, the safety alert underscores the importance of getting bee pollen from a trusted and reputable supplier.
