  • 2 large onions, sliced

  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/4 cup chopped, seeded jalapeño peppers

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • Freshly squeezed lime juice, to taste

  • Salt, to taste

  • Grill the onion slices.
