Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened

  • 1/3 cup white sugar

  • 1 12 oz container, frozen whipped topping, thawed

  • 1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust

  • 1/2 pint fresh strawberries, sliced

This summer, there's no need to heat up the kitchen when you're craving cake!

Directions

  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  • Spoon mixture into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Once the cheesecake has set, garnish with sliced strawberries and serve. If desired, try adding strawberry syrup to the top of the cheesecake while it chills in the refrigerator.
