Peanut Butter Granola Chewies


  • 1/4 cup dried dates, chopped

  • 3 Tbs warm water

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1 cup instant nonfat milk powder

  • 1 cup granola

Naturally sweetened with dates, these confections are a peanut butter lover’s dream come true.


  • In a cup, soften dates in warm water and stir until paste-like. Combine date mixture, peanut butter, and instant milk powder in a large bowl; mix together well.
  • Stir in granola and form into 1-inch balls. If mixture is too dry, add another tsp or two of warm water. Store in refrigerator in a sealed container.
