Peppered Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin, about 1 pound

  • 2 tsp lemon pepper

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne (red pepper), or pepper blend seasoning

This roast is simple enough for a Sunday supper with the family and impressive enough for entertaining.

Directions

  • Rub tenderloin with both peppers seasonings, covering entire surface. Place in shallow roasting pan and roast in 425° F. oven for 15-20 minutes, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 160° F. Let roast rest for 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
