Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch asparagus

  • 2 Tbs olive oil (or any salad vinaigrette)

  • 1 pinch kosher salt

You can toss the asparagus in any type of vinaigrette dressing before roasting.

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Snap the woody ends off of the asparagus and wash.
  • Place in a baking dish and toss with olive oil or salad vinaigrette.
  • Add kosher salt and toss to coat.
  • Cook asparagus for 10–15 minutes until it has started to wilt but still has good color. Cooking time will vary greatly depending on size and quantity of asparagus.
