Ingredients

  • 1 cup Santa Cruz Organic® Peanut Butter®

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar

  • 1/4 cup Santa Cruz Organic® 100% Lemon Juice

  • garlic cloves, chopped

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 2 tsp ginger, finely chopped

  • 2 1/2 lbs chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cut into 1 1/2 inch strips

Directions

  • Prepare marinade 2 hours before ready to grill by mixing the ingredients, except the chicken, in a blender until combined.
  • Marinate the chicken for approximately 2 hours.
  • Lightly oil medium-hot BBQ grill.
  • Grill marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes per side.
