Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion finely chopped

  • 1 small carrot, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 Tbs fresh rosemary, minced

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced

  • 3/4 cup dry lentils

  • 3 1/2 cups College Inn® Organic Chicken Broth

  • 1 14.5 oz can Del Monte® Organic Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano

  • 1 8.5 oz can Del Monte® Organic Sweet Peas (drained)

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup dry sherry (optional)

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients except peas, mustard and sherry in 4-qt. saucepan. Simmer, uncovered, 1 hour. Stir in peas, mustard and sherry.
