Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup 1% milk

  • 1 Tbs chia seeds

  • 1/2 banana

  • 3 strawberries

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 dash cinnamon

  • Added in the Morning1/4 cup whole milk

  • Optional Toppings1/2 banana, sliced

  • Granola

  • Coconut butter

  • Toasted coconut chips

Overnight oats in a scrumptious strawberry smoothie.

Directions

  • Stir together oats, milk, chia seeds, banana, strawberries, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Pour in blender. Do not blend, just stir. Set blender in fridge overnight.
  • In the morning, add more milk and blend.
  • Add toppings you desire and eat.
