Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • 1/4 tsp coriander

  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 pinch kosher salt, or to taste

  • 1 pinch pepper, or to taste

  • 2 lbs top sirloin, sliced into strips

  • 1 tbs olive oil

  • 1 large sweet onion, diced

  • 1 large green bell pepper, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, grated

  • Additional Ingredients5 flour tortillas

  • 10 Tbs guacamole

  • 10 Tbs pico de gallo

Serve up a Mexican fiesta with spicy carne asada burritos.

Directions

  • Preheat a large skillet. Add spices, salt, and pepper to sliced beef. Toss to coat.
  • Drizzle skillet with olive oil. Add seasoned beef to hot skillet and brown.
  • When beef is browned, add onions, green bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until desired tenderness.
  • Assemble burrito in tortilla with beef, guacamole, and pico de gallo. Enjoy!
