Dessert Wines

Made by a variety of methods from simple late harvest to being fortified with brandy, these offer heady floral spice and honeysuckle aromatics and concentrated apricot and peach fruit flavors. Some examples, notably those from Australia, often have more raisin, toffee, nut, and caramel flavors.
